In the event that you need to cancel a confirmed booking with Guru Kripa Travels, the following percentage
of deduction on the total rental amount shall apply:

No-Show Policy
In case of No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the User.
The company does not allow the Vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods or any other object which can
annihilate the upholstery or any part of the vehicles. In such an event, the User will be charged on the
actual cost towards repairing/cleaning of interior/exterior of the vehicle.
Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within city limits only (subject to availability of similar segment in
the city) in all such cases where a Vehicle develops a mechanical error and restrains the User from its use.
In a case where a Vehicle develops such error outside the city limit, replacement Vehicle will not be
provided and amount equivalent to agreed rental will be charged. Company decision related to replacement
vehicle will be final.
For Chauffeur driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package.

The categories and models of vehicles may vary depending on the country and location.
- Night charges will be chargeable as applicable.
- GST will be applicable, as per Govt. directive.
- All Interstate Taxes, Permit fee, Toll, and Parking etc. shall be extra as per actuals.
- Guru Kripa Travels shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by passengers in the vehicle or
any losses incurred by renter/client due to any reason.

- Disputes if any would be resolved as per the Indian Arbitration Act.
- All complimentary transfers service above INR 1000 would be billed to the user.
